We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds at Domiciano.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all return conditions are met to qualify for a refund.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@domicianogroup.com. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. In such cases, please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

FTC Mail Order Rule Right

If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund before shipment per FTC regulations (16 CFR Part 435).
