1. Contract Formation

By accessing or using the website located at https://f0jyeu-wa.myshopify.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Domiciano Group Digital Business LLC, a limited liability company ("Domiciano," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

3. Binding Individual Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in Dover, Delaware. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by sending a written notice to contact@domicianogroup.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

4. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domiciano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. In no event shall Domiciano's aggregate liability for all claims related to the Site exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount paid by you to Domiciano in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Domiciano or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Site; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (
